You’re leading — a team, an organization, a function. You’re succeeding by most measures. But something is shifting underneath the results: AI is restructuring what expertise looks like, what leadership requires, and what your role should actually be doing. The rules changed faster than the playbook.

The pressure is real. Your team is watching how you handle this. Your board, your stakeholders, the people who funded you — they want a position. And most leaders are still forming one.

Understanding AI is no longer the IT department’s job. Every leader in every function needs a real point of view: not on how to build it, but on what it means for their team, their organization, and the work that only they can do.

The leaders who guide their organizations through this are the ones who work it out for themselves first. Not by taking another course. By developing an actual position — on what AI should handle, what it shouldn’t touch, and what that means for how they lead.

This is not incremental change. It’s a wholesale re-look. The question is whether you’re doing it deliberately.

The Work

Structured diagnostic and strategy work — built around your actual context, not a curriculum.

  • 01

    Free the Doing Layer

Most leaders are spending time on work AI could handle — the recurring report, the communication that takes more effort than the result warrants, the workflow that hasn’t changed in years. We work through it directly, in the tool, building something you leave with and can use independently. This isn’t tool training. It’s reclaiming the time you need to do the work you’re actually needed for. The quick win that creates the space for everything else.

  • 02

    Develop Your AI Thesis

With that time freed, most leaders hit the harder question: what’s still irreplaceably mine? Most haven’t developed a real position — what AI should do in their work, what it isn’t, and what that means for how they lead. I create the container where that gets worked out. Not as an abstraction, but grounded in your actual work, your judgment, and the mission you’re accountable to. You leave with a thesis you can lead from — and ask of your team.

  • 03

    Signal Map + Narrative Spine

The diagnostic that maps the pattern beneath your career — the distinctive way of thinking that’s driven every meaningful result, the thing your best colleagues recognized immediately and you’ve never fully named. Then the narrative spine that makes it legible: the single clear story that connects everything you’ve done and makes the case for what you should do next. So when the room needs someone, they think of you — not just because you’re capable, but because what you bring is visible.

Most leaders come in wanting to keep up with AI.
They leave knowing what AI can never do for them — and leading from that.

The Investment

Three ways to work together. All start with the same question: what are you sitting on that you haven’t claimed?

Full Engagement

Signal Map + Narrative Spine

$15,000

The complete arc. We free up the doing layer, develop your AI thesis, map your signal, build your narrative spine, and deliver a full implementation package. You leave positioned — not just for now, but for what’s next.

  • AI workflow audit — identify what AI can handle so you stop doing what doesn’t require you
  • Signal Map — the pattern underneath your career, named
  • Narrative spine — the through line that makes your value legible
  • AI thesis — a clear position on what AI should do in your work, and what it isn’t
  • LinkedIn infrastructure, content pillars, sample content in your voice
  • Implementation roadmap you can execute without me

Focused Engagement

Find Your Leverage

$1,500

Two calls. We surface your spiky differentiator — the leverage point that’s driven every meaningful result — and begin developing your AI thesis from that position. You leave knowing what makes you irreplaceable and what AI can and can’t do with it.

  • Two deep-dive working sessions
  • Your leverage — the spiky differentiator, named
  • AI discernment brief tailored to your specific strength
  • Clear recommendation on what to do next

Custom Engagement

Build Your Own

$6,000+

Not every engagement looks the same. Start with the workflow efficiency work, the positioning diagnostic, or both — scoped to where you are and what you need most.

  • AI workflow sessions — practical, built around work already in front of you
  • Signal Map, narrative spine, or AI thesis — individually or combined
  • Priced based on scope and depth
  • Starts with a conversation about what matters most

This is a relationship, not a transaction. I work with a small number of clients at a time, and fit matters in both directions. The first conversation is about whether the work makes sense — not whether you qualify.

Clients

“When I connected with TeCura Labs, I had the willingness to take bold steps — but wasn’t quite sure how to navigate them. That zig-zag between vision and detail helped me understand and express how I show up at every level. It’s rare to feel so seen and so stretched.”

C-Level Executive, NYC Health + Hospitals

45% increase in impressions · 12 new board leads · 6 speaking engagements

“The deep work I didn’t know I needed — sitting with my story and my why — was the most unexpected and foundational part. That internal clarity has served me well beyond anything tactical.”

VC-Backed Founder, HBS/HLS/McKinsey

“You brought me a lot of clarity and insight, and really quickly refined the plans, giving me permission to do what feels the most authentic.”

I have reached the top levels of technology (State Department, venture-backed AI, White House recognition) without ever being the technical person in the room.

I started at the State Department during the first wave of digital diplomacy, recognized by President Obama for building the first Persian-language digital platforms reaching Iranian audiences. I moved to Kaplan, where I helped lead the New Economy Skills Training division at the exact moment companies were trying to figure out what the future of work required. I then co-founded Sleuth, a pediatric AI company that applied NLP to pediatric health before most people thought it was possible. We crowdsourced expertise from 64,000 caregivers and competed next to companies with $260M budgets. Fast Company named us a World-Changing Idea for applying AI in service of human expertise, not for its own sake.

I did all of this while caregiving for a daughter with a rare diagnosis, without a playbook and without losing coherence.

The leaders who stay relevant through technological change are not the ones who became technical. They are the ones who knew what was irreplaceably theirs and made sure it traveled.

That is the work I do now. And because I build with AI daily in my own practice, when I help clients develop AI discernment, it comes from current, hands-on fluency, not from the sidelines.

Common Questions

I’m not looking for a new job. Why does positioning matter now?

Positioning isn’t about job searching — it’s about staying ahead while you’re still in the room. The leaders who get bypassed for the next opportunity, overlooked for the board seat, or quietly edged out of key decisions aren’t the least capable. They’re the ones who never made their value legible to the people deciding. That gap widens as AI reshapes every role.

I’m doing well in my current role. Why would I need this?

Because doing well and being positioned are two different things. Doing well means you’re executing. Being positioned means the right people understand why you’re the person for the next decision — and you have a clear sense of where your judgment stands as AI changes everything around you. The gap between those two things is exactly where TeCura works.

What is a Signal Map?

A Signal Map is the Phase 1 diagnostic at the center of TeCura’s work. It’s not a strengths assessment or a personality framework. It’s a precise map of the distinctive pattern of thinking that’s driven every meaningful result you’ve produced — the thing your best colleagues recognized immediately, and the thing you’ve never been able to fully name. Without it, you’re building everything else on an unlabeled foundation.

How is this different from executive coaching or personal branding?

Coaching focuses on behavior change and accountability. Personal branding focuses on aesthetics and content. TeCura does the diagnostic and structural work that happens before either of those — finding the through line, building the narrative spine, and clarifying what’s irreplaceably yours in a world where AI is automating the markers most leaders built their careers on. If you’ve done coaching or branding work and felt like something foundational was missing, this is usually what was missing.

What does “AI discernment” mean — is this tool training?

It includes both. First, the practical work: identifying what AI can handle in your workflow so you stop doing what doesn’t require you. That frees up time and creates the conditions for the harder question — what’s irreplaceably yours when AI can do more and more of what you’ve built your career on. Most leaders have done neither. The work addresses both, in sequence.

How long does an engagement take?

The full engagement has no fixed timeline — pace varies by client. Some move quickly; others need time between phases to integrate. The “Find Your Leverage” focused engagement is two calls. Both start with a 30-minute conversation to determine fit.

Let’s Talk

If something on this page landed, the next step is a conversation. Thirty minutes to talk through where you are, what’s shifting, and whether this is the right fit.
